Edited by food photographer Per-Anders Jorgensen, Eating with the Chefs features more than 200 photographs by Jorgensen of restaurateurs and their creations. Each section features full-bleed spreads of the chef, his or her workspace, and the finished dish on coated paper. Inserted in the middle of each spread is a trimmed-width uncoated section featuring the recipe, which is lent an elegant turn by the typography.
